Standard Bank unwilling to stop charges on my acc

I am on my way down to the bank to withdraw all my money and move to another bank.

A few months back (April) I used a service I will refer to as (SOE). Since then SOE has begun charging me randomly for a service I no longer use. Not monthly, so it's not a debit order, but on random occasions for an amount of roughly R300. Each time this happens I have contacted SOE and have been fighting with them since they are incapable of finding my account and putting a stop to these charges.

I turned to Standard Bank and requested the charges reversed. SB's telephonic support was useless, saying they are unwilling to put a stop to these charges on my account and that I have to go in to a branch to request this.

Upon getting into the branch, I was informed that the only way I can prevent further charges happening is to cancel my card and request a new one at the cost of R170. I requested a new card and a few days later was refunded only one third of the charges, and since then have been charged two more times by SOE on my new card,

Not only did SB not refund all the money, they are willing to charge me money while allowing SOE to take money from my account whenever they please.
