I currently have a dispute against a supplier as a result of gross misrepresentation. I instructed American Express to effect a charge back to my credit card as I had cooled of from the supplier's service on the same day that I authorised the debit, when I discovered the misrepresentation. They did nothing of the sort and my credit card was reflecting an arrear situation. I also happen to have a Nedbank cheque account which I opened approximately 39 years ago and between American Express & Nedbank, they have now colluded & just taken it upon themselves to help themselves to the money in my cheque account, with the disputed sum outstanding on my American Express Credit Card. This without any mandate or authorisation from myself. I have been advised that this practice is highly irregular and illegal and amounts to.
