Paid up to date but balance still showing

I was under debt review from November 2012 to April 2013, in which period my debt reviewers paid my wongo loan finish, when I logged on to their website again it showed I know owe more the what I initially should have paid. I requested a statement from them to confirm that my payments made by debt reviewers was taken off the account but the just send me a balance owing. This is affecting my credit record further and as per my credit report I owe only a R 185. I would please want them to ractify my balance owing so I can settle this and forward me a statements showing a detail breakdow of how this balance came.
