Overpayment on my personal loan

Hi, i had a personal loan with Nedbank last payment should have been in April 2013 (instalment R682.00 per month). On the 8th of March i recieved communication that my account was R1711.53 in arrears and the next day Saturday (9 March) i went to African bank to take out a loan of which i we agreed the balance of my Nedbank loan would be paid from that loan. On the African bank side amount owing was R4500 of which didnt make sense as my arrears in March were R1711.00 as per the sms i had recieved the day before and i was 2 months from settling .according to my simple calculation the balance owing on that account should have been the R1711.53 682 (March instalment) 682 (April instalment), i decided African bank should pay the amount showing as the outstanding balance on my Nedbank loan & had confidence that if it were overpayed like my calculation showed their records would show and i would be refunded my money.on Monday the 11th an amount of R4500 was paid into the account now account is closed but i can't get a breakdown of whether it was overpayed or underpaid how is it possible? please assist as i believe there was an overpayment, i would like a breakdown of last payment
