This is the third occasion that I have called into the call centre credit card DIvision and I always being transferred to the wrong department because the Fnb call centre agents do not know their products. I am under retrenched and my credit card has retrenchment cover on it, but no one at the Fnb call centre can assist. This I highly frustrating considering I am with fnb for 14 years.
