Standard Bank
Debt settled in 2012 but ITC still not updated

My two accounts with Standard Bank has been settled on the 16th of March 2012 and the 20th of August 2012, more than a year ago! ITC on the other hand has not been updated. I have sent numerous e-mails in this regard but have not received any reply to date.

Your incapability of doing your job is negatively affecting my life. My credit rating with the credit bureaus should have improved by now since I have settled my debt more that a year ago but instead it still shows that I owe you money. CAN YOU PLEASE JUST FIX THIS!!!
