Credit Card settled not updated in ITC 6 months

Hi there;

Credit Card account 74000326097. Settled in June 2012. Listed in ITC as 150 days in arrears and account open. This is impacting my credit rating negatively. I have complained numerous time but no action. I have all the settlement letters. If African Bank cannot resolve this I will be forced to call on my old friends in the army
and resolve this matter pre 1994 way.
