I am writing on behalf of my parents who have been banking with you for the past 30 years whom you have shown no cust/serv hospitality to. Maybe your used to getting complaints since I am the 17th or 18th one today but I would like some clarity regarding your absurd service and unclear process when it comes to banking. My parents had a credit of R11.000 according to your 1st consultant at Parow Centre that was used against the bond when they enquired to take out a second bond on their home. They also discovered that the bond balance itself wasnt coming down either. They queried this matter and got the response, WE DONT KNOW? but will investigate and get back to you. My parents finished the balance of their bond last week, bringing up this matter again with the consultant who wasnt helpful. They went to Parow, Mcintyre & N1' City's Absa branches for help, where they were sadly advised by your consultants to either call Absa's Lawyers or pay per page for a bond statement. Please explain to me why they have to contact YOUR LAWYERS? TO INVESTIGATE AND PAY PER PAGE? FOR A QUERY YOU NEVER RESOLVED? YOU HAVE NO ANSWERS TO? WHERE NO INVESTIGATION WAS DONE? AND NO FEEDBACK WAS GIVEN AT ALL
