I'v been a loyal Absa insurance client for almost a decade. I lodged a claim for accident damage repairs to my motor vehicle about a month ago and i still have not received any feedback regarding the claim after the claim number was issued to me. The slow response and lack of care towards my claim is seriously disappointing since i have been so loyal to this insurance provider, i am now seriously considering shopping around for an alternative insurance provider that will meet and exceed the needs of their clients.
