Absa Website keep logging off

Dear Vanessa I am still having problems with the Absa site, Daniel from the Call Centre confirmed THIS MORNING that the Absa site if OFF AGAIN and that the IT Dept can not fix the problem. The post dated entries that i have created isn't going through, the site keeps on logging off automatically AND NOBODY IS COMING BACK TO ME - NOT EVEN YOU AS PER YOUR ABOVE EMAIL - THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT ABSA & THEIR COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMERS - REALLY PATHETIC ABSA!!! But then, ... maybe you have so many complaints that it takes 2 months to get back to a client... Pathetic!!!
Oh and when i supply my email address through the Contact Us page on the website to complain about the service, it doesn't mean THAT I WANT TO RECEIVE MORE MARKETING MAIL FROM ABSA!!!
