Zestlife my money!! I'm not even a client

I'm always being debited by zestlife, I reverse transactions thinking its a random remote mistake, but this is always happening, I didnt even know what zestlife was until I googled it so how the could I be a client?
And sometimes when I don't allocate funds for it, (obviously I wouldn't, I don't even know I'm being debited by you) my bank charges me funds for debits not allocated for and insuffient funds and reversals, so even if I do get my money back from you iv lost in the excess of a few hundreds for your incompetence and account error or inability to curb If someone had actually signed up with my details!!! I want a swift response with compensation for all my bank charges, I'm in the process of drafting a letter to the ombudsman.
