Frustrated does not even begin to describe how I feel about the utterly bad service I have been receiving at Standard Bank. I have been transferred from Pillar to Post and nobody at Standard Bank has answers for me. This has been happening for almost 2 weeks and I keep following up and it's always a different story all the time. I am very disappointed with Standard bank at how they have been going about assisting me - this is definitely not customer service. My account has a stop status on it and they say it's their system but no one can uplift it and they are not even sure how it was placed there. I am unable to access my fees, I am unable to do cell phone banking, I can't withdraw, I can't swipe - every time I do it gives me an error which I have reported several times. On Friday 3 April 2013 I was informed by Tuesday (2013.05.07) it will be sorted - Tuesday (yesterday) I went to the bank and I was told I need to wait 8 hours and my query will be resolved - I waited until the next day (today) - went to the ATM and still got the same error. I went into the branch and I was asked to keep waiting. This is not "Moving Forward"
