Two weeks ago I swiped my card at the local hardware store. The money was deducted from my account but the machine declined it due to a comms error. The next day I visited the store and they showed me the banking slip for the machine. My transaction did not reflect on it. I was contacted by Standard Bank and they said that it will be sorted out. They also posted on Hello Peter that the problem was resolved, but till now the transaction has not been reversed.
