A previous employee (from 3 years ago) put my details down on her account. She stopped paying and now I get five to ten MMS's from Standard Bank A DAY asking ME to pay HER account. I have spent hours speaking to their call center and everytime they assure me that it is sorted out. Then five minutes later I get another MMS. I have finally threatened their call center supervisor and I believe that he will sort it out.

What irritates me is that this has nothing to do with me. WHO THE DOES STANDARD BANK THINK THEY ARE? They annoy me constantly for the last two weeks and I have to call them over and over and over again because they are TOO STUPID to sort their own mess out. This after they gave me service a month ago where I had to threaten them, as well, to get my complaint sorted out.

STANDARD BANK: DO NOT CONTACT ME UNLESS IT IS TO TELL ME THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
