Money taken off wrong account holde

Money has been coming off my account for 6 months and I have not noticed as it is only R70 and smses for money coming off an account only go to your phone if it is over R100 (which is not really a good thing as you can not controll you account this way, this policy should be changed to any amount coming off is smsed), so I have not noticed this till recently and Standard bank did not notice either!!! This money is for a funeral plan through standard bank that is not in my name, this has been going on for half a year now and I have lost quite a bit of money because of this, not only the money being taken off for a policy that is not mine but money taken off for the bank transaction as well as my airtime phoning the bank sorting this problem out has cost me about R300 as I have been left on the line for up to an hour at a time 3 times in a row and eventually drove to the bank 5 times to call from there as i had no airtime left thus costing me petrol. I have emailed the department responsible and no one has called me. It has now been 2 weeks and no money has been put back into my acc, this is and should not be allowed and sorted out quicker, this is bad customer service.
