I am close to switching from FNB to 'beep' bank!

On the 17/05/2013 I received and SMS stating: "We are aware of duplicate MasterCard transaction (on Youth accounts). We are working with all entities to resolve as soon as possible."

I contacted my branch thinking this may be a issue, but they assured me that they were have trouble with their systems.

A few days later I received a refund and was very happy and thought all was resolved. Unfortunately I was mistaken, on the 22/5/2013 another amount was debited off my acc. from over a month ago and another amounted debited off today (24/05/2013) for another large amount.

I am a student and the money in that acc. is reserved for specific purchases and debit orders. It is totally unacceptable that the bank can deduct amounts when it suits them without informing me. I have a very specific budget that I adhere to and these large transaction deductions have really been felt.

When contacting the bank telephonically, they advised me the amounts were in reserve and the lady I spoke to was painful and infuriated me further... why didn't they inform me of this earlier?

I am extremely frustrated and angry at this entire situation and it is a huge inconvenience to me.
