I was retrenched in June 2013. One of the employer's term was to keep my accounts at staff rate till December 2013. I got all the paperwork done and the deal was sealed. Later I got a nasty surprise from the home loans dept informing me that my rate will change since I have left the bank. I immediately contacted peopleserve and HR as they were the facilitators of this transaction... In few days time they confirmed that the issue was resolved for confirmation they advised that I "check the statement at the end of the month" i.e. July. Before month end my account was debited with the amount more than what it should be. Yet again I contacted the 'facilitators'. karen pollock got back to me informing me of resolution and that I must "check the statement". At this point I had not received the statements since my retrenchment! I requested that she send me proof that the matter has been rectified - to no avail! This month again the wrong amount was debited from my account... Even worse this got my account into an overdue status! I want this matter to be rectified and the bank charges that occured due to this be paid back... Karen and company it would be good to see you improve your service
