Debit card purchases not being accounted fo

Hi

I had a large amount of unauthorised debit card purchases from April. The amount has decreased, but now transactions from April are only coming up in my transaction history now. I cannot recall all the amounts spent, for instance I purchase at Hyper every week, how can I now remember the amount spent in April? How do I know what is only coming through now is the correct amount? I have already thrown away my slips as they are from April and only became aware of this matter in May. Also the dates that come up are May dates for transactions in April so I cannot even check my calender to say yes I did purchase that on that day at that place. I am not even sure if these unrecorded transactions are being taken into account in my available balance. As a student an amount of R1000 of unauthorised debit card purchases is a huge amount.

Would really appreciate any assistance. I already logged a complaint online 2 weeks ago, but have not yet heard anything back.
