This is not necessarily a complaint but a plea for FNB to please sort out their duplicate orders (debit) at this point. This has been happening for a while now and you sending smses to tell us that you are aware is not good enough. Ihave sent an e-mail but received an email back to say I should call- no FNB-I gave you my account number and full name and I dont want to call because I dont have enough money in my account because some debit orders have not been reversed. You call me and assist me- you hav e all my information. Can I kindly ask that this matter be resolved and if you want every client to call in to assist them its not fair- youre the only one who knows whats wrong with your system so please explain. This is not fair- my money is in my account to be safe, not for debit orders to be duplicated by my bank then they take a whole week to reverse the transaction. Im not even sure now if my small amounts get duplicated too because only the large amounts show. Please call your customers and explain to us how we can help you- smses are not assisting anyone. Please
