Non Allocation of payment and closure of account

Hi

I have an RCS Game card, which I settled according to my records on the 6th May 2013, however when I was requesting a letter reflecting the closure of the account I was advised that the payment is not reflecting on my account and I e-mailed the proof of payment to the contactus e-mail address and I was told it would take 3 days for finance/admin to allocate it. Since the 14 May this has not been done and now I was told they need target details, however all the details they require are on the bank receipt given to them. I am then called by different people telling me I owe them money and no one is willing to assist. I asked for the complaints department and I was told to just send an e-mail, which I did with no response. I feel helpless and if I were rich I would have already opened a case for this matter. If anyone can don't take a game card because you are friends until you want to close the account.
