RCS CARD Payment not reflecting on account

An amount of R 4000 (full balance) was electronically transferred to my card on 25 October 2013 as I want to close the account. The bank transferred the money to the card number and not the account number. Since then I have been phoning RCS and also e-mails were forwarded to RCS via their website. No responses were received. On 2 November 2013 the proof of payment was faxed through to RCS. RCS confirmed that they have received the fax but nothing further happened. Today I received a call from RCS Collections whereby I was informed that there is a payment due. I told the agent she must look at notes and informed her that I am now tired and is going to report RCS to Hello Peter. I need urgent a response and confirmation that all charges since payment has been written back, the R 4000 reflects on the account, the account is closed and additional money if applicable is payd back to me. A confirmation letter of closure must be e-mailed to me. RCS is in position of my e-mail address.
