On the 14th May 2013 I call into log a claim, spoke to a lady called Faith Mashaba, Given the wrong ref no: FM1405135133 sent photos via mms and email, waited for response until the 20th May i spoke to Urich was told that I was Mr Padayachee, After explaining to him That i am Mr Ramsingh he asks if i have sent photos, Then I was told maybe My two picture email had a large attachment (Does He think I Am Stupid) Gives me new ref No : 1405131537 and says it will take two weeks to get my car repaired I ask to cancel my 3 policys gives me Number to call Before I call To cancel Faith, calls me asks me to send in photos and she will speed up process and get my car repaired by Friday, I told i will call & send it after i spoke to Veshnee, when i finally got hold of veshnee she assured me that She would personally handle the matter and my car will be sorted out by Friday, Well today is Thursday and guess What i called in to check and was told I need to send in Photos I am Just Tired and After reading all complaints I regret dealing with The Unlimited and they dont care about customer service. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
