Most pathetic service ever experienced

I logged a call on the internet and requested photos on a vehicle. The salesperson, Joshua, then phoned and promised some photos. Later in the afternoon I phoned about 3 times and couldn't get hold of him as the promised photos never arrived. After about fhe fourth attempt I was told by the manager (Willie) that he can't send me photos of an old vehicle. I got upset and told him that I don't want to drive from Johannesburg to Pretoria for nothing, I first want to get an impression of the condition of the vehicle. He then said he will see if he can do it. I told him send the photos or we leave everything. He then replied it is fine he is not interested in my business. I know it is an old vehicle, but I collect older VW's and don't want to waste my time driving if I can get a general impression by means of photos. Very bad service indeed. I can recommend anybody to stay away form this dealership.
