In April 2010 I was at the Rand Show where 1of the unlimited reps came and sold us an autocare product, we showed him some scratches on the car he AGREED that the cover can COVER THOSE DAMAGES. We were given a receipt that had d/o details only. We never received any contract via post to show us the t's and c's. In the beginning of Nov I called in to be assisted I was told to send pics, which i sent immediately. Two days later I'm called by ccv to tell me we apologies that the car won't be fixed, I'm referred to the call center again to sort my query. I call in into the call center I'm told my car cannot be fixed, I ask the consultant why was I sold something that won't benefit me, the consultant asks me about the t's and c's if I didn't read. I explain to the consultant that i didn't receive them she asks me why didn't I call in to enquire about the t's and c's, then she asks me am i was not aware that the person was doing the sales was a sales person and not a technician, i ask the lady for a resolution she told me there is no resolution. I mean for 3years my account has been debited for nothing. What's worse I was given wrong info by a person who wanted make a sale at my expense.
