I bought a Groupon for R400.00 this included a one hour Photo shoot, and make up - I phoned them to conclude what the Groupon was about and included - Chrisette told me a one hour Photo shoot, Make up, and they will send me the photos on email after the photo shoot.

she did send me the photos but all in low Resolution, and want to charge me R1200.00 extra so that I can actually use or develop the photos -

My Question is why go for a professional photographer, pay her to take photos of you, and then pay her again 3x more so you can get the photos and use the photos.
