I lodged a claim with Chartis (AIG) on the 6th of May. It has taken them almost 3 weeks and still nothing has happened with the claim. I have to call on a daily basis and get told that they have not received documentation which was sent the the week before and confirmed with me telephonically that it had been received that week before. Yesterday, during another "DAILY" call to check what was happening with the claim, further documentation was requested, which should have been asked for weeks ago, it was clear that no-one had yet looked at the claim and when they did finally look at it yesterday they realised they needed further documentation. Why is it only being reviewed almost 3 weeks later?
