I called standard bank finance with regards to my account with them, as usuall I went through the process of the automated response and keyed on for a consultant. Yooooh, to my dismay no one seems to be home! And what happened? Vodacom smiled, yes they smiled because they took all my airtime! Thanks to the bad response at Standard Bank call centre.
