Cancelled Debit Orde

I went under debt review. Went into the George branch to cancel ALL debit orders. A year later you CONTINUE to try and debit my account with personal loan installment (R1, 702.00), which means 1) you get to charge extra bank charges for "unpaid item", as well as 2) invoke extra charges on personal loan account. I have sent numerous emails off your internet banking site. I AM BROKE, I HAVE NO MONEY, PLEASE REVERSE ALL THESE CHARGES, IT IS UNFAIR. As it is (for anyone reading this) debt review simply means your balances go UP every month. This makes it impossible to get out of... Standard Bank, please don't phone me with regards to this query, I can't answer calls during the day, yours are all "private number", they are not quick - ID number etc etc etc etc... Please, please, just do it. If it was any other debit order repeatably bouncing, it would have been automatically cancelled after three months.
