I have a savings account and i went to capitec to close it so that i can be able to only withdraw at the end of December. i wanted to deposit cash monthly into this account however, i get a message stating that i cant. phoned the useless call centre and no help as always. now I'm supposed to go back to the branch and ask them to make this account a multiple deposit. why must i go and fix their mess as they don't take well instructions. please fix this cause i need to be able to deposit money before end of day today or maybe capitec will be generous enough to deposit the money on my behalf every month..if that is the case then Thank you!!!
