Account not as promised

I have a 32-day account that I opened for a specific deposit of a provident fund payout from Alexander Forbes. The one question I asked AK Mashale at the Clearwater branch was: Can anyone, from anywhere deposit into this account - the answer was Yes, definitely, EFT no problem. Well YOU CAN'T.

Standard Bank, the bank that Alexander Forbes uses, sees this account as an Investment Account, even tho every operator that I have spoken to says it is a Savings account, anyone can deposit into it. The standard response to my queries have been - "well it's Standard banks problem, not ours."

All I want is for someone to check this account number and rectify it so that it truly is a Savings account as FNB says it is.
And, to back date all my interest that I've lost since May 15!?
