I have been a paying member of ONE-PLAN for several years without ever using them; I had a hospital plan policy covering my wife, myself as well as my son who is employed by me.

I have a specific account exclusively for debit orders and during April I did not transfer enough funds and as a result my son's debit order was returned as "insufficient funds".
I transferred sufficient funds into the said account and left it there assuming that ONE-PLAN will deduct at a later stage which they did yet, three hours after the deduction viz. 'after receiving the money' my son received a text message from ONE-PLAN that his policy has been suspended.

To me this was an insult since it is obvious that this company is only interested in money and does not care about their clients, therefore I sent them a complaint via email but they did not even care to reply. After that I have sent three emails to no avail and as a result I have decided to cancel my policies and find a company who cares about their clients.

I phoned ONE-PLAN and was instructed to send my cancellation via email which I did, once again I have received no reply therefore I simply blocked ONE-PLAN so that they cannot deduct.
