Oneplan Health Insurance
One Plan Are Useless

I enquired about a health insurance plan, from my enquiry i received a policy, not even a quote! I requested the quote to be for myself and my partner, on the policy i received she was loaded but no amount was stipulated for her cover. 2 Days later i got a call to correct all the details which i did with the guy on the phone. once done with him i got another policy emailed to me with the EXACT same details as the previous one. So as the policy was not instated i sent a mail requesting that they cancel all services before they even begin as i was not happy. I then got a call from their retentions department who tried selling me a hospital plan, i requested that all services or policies are not instated at all. i specifically sent a mail as well to confirm that no debit would run through my acc however it did and now nobody returns calls or are prepared to help. ONE PLAN IS TERRIBLE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! USELESS!!!
