Bad service resulting to withdrawal from Scheme

I have been a member of Discovery since 2007 when i was still working. I left work in 2010 but rejoined Discovery. I am very responsible in the sense that i believe the importance of taking care of my health. Throughout the years i have been with Discovery, i have had good service. Since the beginning of this Discovery showed me a different side of them. In October i received documents about my Plan selection and i filled them and returned them. I did all this before the holidays and i left my premiums available as i was going out of the country. When i returned, my membership was suspended. I was informed that there were insufficient funds in my account. When enquire about the matter, i was told that it was because i did not send my income verification. No one ever sent me such a documents when the plan selection was sent. Since January i have been having this nightmare of a problem. I am suppose to be at school but because my refund is still sitting at Discovery i don't have transport fare and no one cares. Every time when i ask about my refund, I'm told excuses. For so many years that i have been with Discovery an apology or a card would have been appreciated instead NO ONE CARES
