Incorrect Amount Debited Again

Please assist, the last conversation I had around my billing and accounts with Thuli I was advised that my account was up to date and I had specifically requested the amount of my next debit. I was advised that the only amount I would be debited on the 20 May would be an amount of approximately R329. I have since been debited two amounts, one of R509 and one of R147 as of the 20th May. This is almost twice the amount I was advised I would be paying. Please advise as I am extremely unhappy about this. This is the second occasion in 5 months where this has occurred
