Tracker Connect
Listed with XDS but my account is up to date!!!

I contacted XDS today and was advised that I have been listed with them by Tracker for an unpaid amount of R730. I am extremely annoyed by this because I received notification that my account was debited for the amount at the end of May. Further I still contacted the contact centre to find out why my account was not debited sooner and I was told that the payment run had already been scheduled.
When I contacted them todaay, I was advised that they did not list me, and neither was there any reversals for the required amount. So basicallly, tracker gets away with unlawfully listing customers who have in fact NEVER missed a payment, since the start of the contract. I don't see why I should have an adverse reflection on my name for an amount that I have paid ON TIME!!!
