Dial Direct Insurance
Repairs not done since 3 May 2013

Hello

This is the second time i am logging a complain regarding Dial Direct regarding the same claim. I dont know what to do anymore my car has been in for repairs since 3 May 2013 and nothing has been done on the car. I have been calling to find out whats wrong and i am told they still waiting for part and now i hear different stories about parts everytime i call. All i hear is that comments have been logged and nothing happens. I dont get any communication as to the progress only get to know when i call. I am seriously fed up. Someone is not doing his/her job there is a big miscommunication i am sick of this. i am going to stop writing before i say something i might regret but please someone assist.
