Worst service in the world

My car went to silverton panelbeaters and when I went to collect it after 8 weeks I found my car to have had more damage outside and inside as when it went in (this was in beginning march) as been 11 weeks and still no word on when my parts will arrive. The staff never get back to you and its a constant struggle. I also found out they they are not a approved Bmw panelbeater branch..this raises the question why auto and general sent my car there... worst co in the world with the most lazy, disrespectful staff
