Change of Insurance

I have tried emailing and calling Outsurance but as yet no one has gotten back to me. I am acting on my father's behalf as he is currently based overseas. We are trying to find out if it is possible to change his car insurance to third party only? Surely this is not a complicated request? Who can I contact to arrange this? ANY response will be greatly appreciated.
