Clearly by now I am DESPERATE to get this done!!!

I have no idea where to even start.

Before I try and explain this situation... I cannot believe that I emailed [Email Removed] [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] on 15 May in order to avoid any further useless & confusing phone calls and got NO superior help.

I applied on FNB's website for the "switching to FNB", on 8 May which I was very excited for, but soon turned into a nightmare when I realised that EVERY consultant is confused about my progress of my application. I'm being assessed over and over, having to repeat myself, receiving -3 phone calls per day since 8 May and I STILL don't have my bank account (cheque & credit) opened with FNB. I can not believe that I haven't cancelled all of this!

As in my email on 15 May, I need assistance, I need ONE person to call me and sort this out asap because it is dragging now and nothing is getting done. I need to know the bank I am wanting to join, knows what they're doing, but at the moment it looks far from it!

My friend also applied for the FNB Gold Cheque account, got his device & cards within 4 days and never got more than 2 phone calls. I obviously expected the same hassle-free service, but disappointment is all I get!
