Collected my cheque card from your Northcliff branch on Saturday morning. The two staff at enquiries desk were busy, I was then approached by another staff member from the consultant offices in the back. The lady didnt greet or ask if she could help, she just stared at me expecting me to say something. i then said I'm here to collect my card and then she gestured with her hand to follow her. We sat down and she asked for proof of identity, handed me the paperwork and pen to sign (didnt say she wanted me to sign or show me where to sign) handed me the card, did not say thank you or good bye. She just got up and left with me still sitting in the cubicle packing my things. I expect a better customer experience from my bank. This is a good example of bad customer service.
