Utterly disgusted by the pathetic attitude of FNB

Two weeks ago my card was retained by the ATM at Cavendish square, and I then went inside the FNB branch to report it and I was utterly disgusted by the attitude of the staff there. They just told me to wait for the technician and then went ahead chatting to each other. After approximately waiting there for an hour I decided to cancel my card as there was no sign that the technician would even arrive. The following day I went to the FNB Pinelands branch to order a new card. All went well until last week Wednesday when I went to collect the card and the staff there (her name Zieta) started sending me from pillar to post. eventually I had to leave the bank without the card. I reported the matter and the branch manager called me that same Wednesday. She promised to investigate and get back to me and I have never heard from her ever since. In the meantime it has been 12 full days that I have no access my funds. FNB should change their slogan to "FNB HOW CAN WE INCONVENIENCE YOU". The staff attitude at FNB Pineland branch is the worst ever, they are useless, disrespectful and. I truly believe that I was someone of the other race I would have my card by now. FNB STAFF
