September 2012 Claim still not paid by All life

My mother was covered with All life and she passed away last year in September 2012.Now its May 2013 and i have since submitted all the correct documents that the Insurance requested so we can get the pay out as they promised my mother when she joined the cover. So i want to warn everyone out there who is taking Life covers to be careful cause when you die your children suffer to get the payment because no one calls to give feedback on the process but you have to call and call and have to fax and e-mail which cost money.
I mean now i have to make sure life remains normal for my brother even though our mom is no longer with us and having to explain to my younger brother who is still at school on how come the insurance has not paid since last year. Im now tired of explaining to my brother and want to show him the proof that i have done my part and the All Life is the one thats not responding.
I have lost my patience now and i ask you Hello Peter to help me get my mothers Policy cover. Its been long now and i cant understand why is All Life quite about 2012 Case.
