E policy number 30436411 ino elton peter smith my brother died on the 22/2/2013 which liberty life paid the claim within their turmaround which is 48 hours.something that i missed on the policy which is n benefit was if you die away from home is that they can transport the body from where he died to his hometown, which i had to pay cash, i have only picked up the benefits of the policy two days after my brother died i did not know until i went through the original policy, after numerous calls to libety life i was put through from pillar to post after a week i eventaully got the correct contact number to contact these people.i spoke to a lady by the name of Dee which i think is the Head of the department she mentioned to me that it will take 10 days for the refund to be process which i do understand the processed and produceres but this is going on since the 19/3/2013 this morning when i spoke to her she told me that they have not process the claim yet it is month end and financial year but there is no sense of urgency, i therefore feel very sad after the service the i got from the Cims department devision of Liblife.the contact number for then is 0114638723 .
