My mother is a pensioner that banks with you guys on the 7th May I went with her to ABSA to withdraw money from inside the bank as this was a huge amount we where advised that there is no funds in her account and no one at Absa could explain how R20000 was taken off her account. We where then advised to comeback the following day (on our expense). Came back the following day and Caterine assisted us, she advised that the need to take Signatures to JHB and she will get back to us when she gets feedback which will not take longer than 1 week. I called her again last Friday and she advised that she has received feedback and will call me back same day. I heard nothing from her on Friday. I decided to call her back today, a very rude assistant told me that she is in a meeting and she will get back to me. I am still waiting for a call. Does it really take that long for you to contact your clients. I too am working and don't have time to run after you and handle rude assistance. Do what you have to do or do I need to take this matter further.
