3 months later and still not a word from Absa

Absa Trust send my mother a letter regarding my late father's affairs (old Mutual shares) with Absa, She (my mother) went to her Absa Broker and they completed the forms required by Absa Trust, but none came back to her, it''s 3 months NOW.The contact person (Ralda Van Tonder) don't get back to them regarding the matter, we emailed her but not a word, so I would like ABSA TRUST, to phone my mother and get the matter sorted.
