Applied for credit card chargebacks in January. sent in all details including email address. Money was returned but taken out again in March. When i queried this on 3 April I was told that an email had been sent to which I didnot respond. It was confirmed that it had been the incorrect email address, which was actually Standard Bank's fault. They didnot even bother to do a follow up as to why I did not respond. Will definitely be looking for another bank.
