A claim for our motor cycle was registered in November 2012, however it was only approved in March 2013, the amount was only for R 1500, 00. It took them three months to realise there was a third party involved and that additional paperwork was needed. They lost our first lot of papers which we had to go back to the police station and have certified. No communication from Outsurance, i was the one always following up, with answered by excuses and they would get back to me. Just yesterday i called and spoke Lancelot, who promised to get back to me the very same day, STILL WAITING. We were eventually paid out at the end of March 2013, by then pricing had increased and when we informed Outsurance we did not have any response. I had to pay R 1000.00 out of my pocket extra because of the parts increase. When i chalenged Outsurance, was told that is not there problem. Whose problem is it that there is such incompetance and attitude when dealing with. I would like to say that there advert "WE WILL BEND BACKWARDS FOR YOU" this needs to be retracted.
