Recently granted a bond from Standardbank I need to transfer deposit & transfer fee.

Failing to increase my EPA online, the Call centre advised that this had to be done at branch level due to the amount needed.

2 Branch visits later I'm still not able to make the full transfer. Pavilion (1 hour visit) to increase the EPA for 3 days. Only to find out it had NOT BEEN RELEASED. Waited 24 hours & second long call to custome care made EPA had been increased on their side! The next day the same story!! Umhlanga branch (40min wait) eventually did an interbank transfer & had the UTTER CHEEK to charge me, when I had NOT agreed to this in writing on the form & had given a written explanation exactly why, I was informed the branch manager would call - still waiting for that! TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE, I would not have WASTED my time or money sit on LONG phone calls & personal visits to two different branches for absolutely NOTHING if Standardbank actually supplied a service that is " simpler, better, faster" I am still not able to transact using the internet! E-mailing complaints does not help either, unless one is haone is happy with an automated response saying someone will call
