Mtn staff fail to be competent several times!!

Our first visit to the MTN branch in n1 city was in November 2012 to find out regarding our upgrades; an adviser told us that we can come back January 1st as she will process the upgrades. We returned for the 2nd time, only to find out that we first had to transfer the contract before the upgrade can be processed. The gentleman that helped us said that it will take 7- 14 days for it to be transferred and said he will call within the time period.By the 18th day we went into MTN only to hear that he forgot to ask for a bank statement and another document we then brought it in the following day-and were told that it would take another 2-3 days. at our 5th visit we had to deliver final documents.several days later We got a call saying that the transfer was successful and that we can collect our upgrades. After nearly a month of waiting and several visits, my sibling and I were enthusiastic. We went in to the N1 city branch once again, to be informed that none of the cellular phones that we desired were in stock!!! And we had to wait a week before stock arrives, the branch would call us. A week has patiently gone by and no call has yet been received. We are extremely dissatisfied!
