I called FNB Collections to get assistance regarding a loan I'm said to owe, on the second try to get to the right person I got to Milda who, was no help whatsoever, I asked her to confirm how I owe R4332, she refered me to legal, she told me I had to call them cause she can't transfer me to them, I then asked her to log a query, have it investigated and get someone to call me back, I was then told that there is no email for the legal dpt. and still my I'm stuck with no way forward except trying the branches. Subsequently I have been handed over to RL DALY INC., 7 days ago and I have only been notified of this today. To my surprize I haven't received a legal letter, I have been threatened to being liable for all legal costs as per magistrate's court tarrif upon the issue of summons with no say as to how much time I have to dispute this or anything of that sort. Is this customer service or another attempt to get customers to pay large amounts with no show as to how they have accumilated that amount. I was looking forward to joining FNB, but with this kind of service? All I'm trying to do is confirm how much I really am liable to pay but they aren't coming to the party??? Just Great!
